Understanding Plagiarism

Academics involves a high level of studying and reasoning which necessitates acknowledging all consulted literature. Not doing this is known as plagiarism.

Plagiarism is making use of other people’s ideas, words, creative works, and expressions without giving credit or otherwise listing the source of the information. Stone (2020) explained that plagiarism is also misrepresentation and includes handing in someone else’s work, ideas, or answers as your own.

Plagiarism in the academics is regarded as stealing and anyone for any reason should not be engaged in the act!
