Mess Consults is an initiative of Jumoke I. Oladele who is an established academic in the tertiary education sector. Her 10+ years background in education, combined with a PhD in Educational Research, Measurement and Evaluation, provide a solid platform for developing the company’s innovative educational services and solutions. Her flair for teaching and research, alongside her flexible and technology-based teaching style and vastness with the use of online applications, contribute to an outstanding reputation as a training facilitator. She has an extensive experience in both quantitative and qualitative research designs, applying psychometric theory to educational assessments, carrying out simulation studies and data analysis (quantitative and qualitative).

Jumoke works with a team of educational experts with an array of skills while ensuring strict adherence to research ethics in providing services to clients who range from academics in leading tertiary institutions as well as graduate students in private, state and federal universities in Nigeria. She is actively involved in research projects undertaken by the company.
